Looking to rent our house out for 6 months, then month to month for longer stays. We are a young family looking to travel for work long term. We plan to store our belongings in the garage. We are open to negotiating longer rental periods. Smoking is not allowed. We have a large driveway for plenty of parking and activities. Utilities run $100-200 a month. Open to negotiating leaving the house furnished or partly furnished.
