Included are access to shared spaces--Kitchen, backyard, living room, laundry, storage EV charger, etc. We want to peg below market rent of $1900.00 to be selective of our renting friends. Includes utilities and WiFi. Included: Daily breakfast 7 days a week. Peace and quiet amongst the oak trees on your huge private yard that is ideal for meditation or bocce ball. Private bath w/ walk-in shower. Bath towels (weekly replenishment). We have two small bernedoodle dogs named Dasha and Rimsky that are hypoallergenic and non-shedding. Owner occupied; pays for water, gas and electric. No smoking. Need to give us advance info if any guest is going to stay over-night. Must be clean and without bad odor (I have migraines.)
