Single family, true 2 story home. Master downstairs, extra wide trim around all windows and doors some crown molding. Over 30 windows for light and to see the beautiful, wooded lot. Two story entry and living room. Upstairs bedrooms can be configured as two more masters. One is presently a sitting room with kitchenette. Large game room with attached bath. Asphalt circular driveway to get to home set back on the lot with many trees and flowering shrubs. A/c and furnace for downstairs is a zoned system using one unit with two controls and a system with dampers to regulate temperature. A lot of the carpet has been replaced with laminate wood or vinyl plank tile. This is a custom-built home designed by Larry E. Belk Designs. It was showcased at Berryhill Subdivision, Memphis, TN in 1996. It is a modified "The Henderson" because although we really liked the house, we wanted it changed to accommodate our three-generation family better. It was basically changed to have three masters, one down and two up and flipped to fit our lot better. It has been upgraded several times using granite countertops, pendant lighting in the kitchen and recessed "can" LED lights through the home. It also has a whole house central vac system. Most of the lower kitchen cabinets have drawers rather than shelves. Recently the furnace and A/C units have been replaced at a cost of over $25,000, yes, $25,000. The title transfer can be confusing, we bought the lot in '96. In 2003 when the oldest of the three-generation family passed away the beneficiaries of the will were given percentages of half of the house. One of the benefactors wanted the money for that share so the payment of $57,000 was given to clear the title showing up as a sale in the chain of ownership.
