Summer weeks can easily be rented for $2000 - 2500/ week. 2021 taxes are $327/month. Zillow has the property taxes wrong. Zillow's Zestimate is also way off. Just look at their list of similar properties, or similar properties currently on market, or recently sold, and you'll see my price is very competitive with comparables.
