The rent for this apartment is $545 per month. We have 6 month leases with an application fee of $25. Recent pay stubs or other methods to show income are required. A monthly income of $1,300 or higher is required. A credit check is performed on each prospective tenant to ascertain prompt payment of bills. We allow cats for a $200 pet deposit, but no dogs. At this time, we are not set up for Section 8 housing. There is no smoking allowed in the units and we ask for consideration of fellow tenants, especially after 10 pm.
