We also own the light blue home next door and it is also for sale. For those who would like both, they would be able to live in one and rent the other, thus paying all or part of the mortgage for both. Also, a new owner can have control over who lives next door and the places do share a common driveway, with two car ports, plus an extra parking spot behind the back door of the Cottage. And, there is very adequate street parking day or night.
The Cottage and Bungalow are located a 5 minute walking distance of downtown, ten minutes to the supermarket, two minutes to the county fair grounds and of course a short drive to anywhere in town at all. We bought them as investments and upgraded and them into very comfortable vacation rentals. We took good care of them and not only rented them but had guests of our own and visiting family stay in them over the years.
