Hi and thank you for your interest in my property. It's been a great home for nearly 10 years. My parents started their marriage her and so did I. The original owners were well known here in Soledad for owner the towns movie theater years ago. The property originally didn't have a garage, however the Ellis' felt it was necessary to build a two car garage and while doing so added the third bedroom and second bathroom during the build. It's completely separate from the main house and detached but it's a great building with tons of space for storage. The backyard is exceptionally large and spacious. I've divided the backyard into three different areas or sections. One on the side of the garage or a small shop is built with more open space for projects or storage outside. The main backyard area which is the largest and consists of the grass area storage unit playhouse play structure and patio. The alley I call it is a long stretch of property between my backyard and the neighbors property along the fence line and property line. It's just a great spot for me to park my travel trailer trailer for now, but I always wanted a second driveway that accessed the back yard. There will be no exceptions to these terms. All renters can smoke in the outside areas only nothing in the house. All utilities that you desire must be paid by you the owner does not pay for the city Solid bill the water the garbage the PG&E bill if you want Internet you will need to get Internet for yourself. If you would like to have me take care of the utility bills then we can work something out and change the rent amount for the month. I don't mind if pets are outside I just don't want pets in the house.
