Here's the deal: I'm leaving Fargo earlier than anticipated, so this is your chance to get a fantastic deal on a great apartment. Please note this is NOT a sublease. My lease runs through November 2022, and I'm looking for a "replacement tenant" to take over the remainder of my lease. After the lease ends, you can sign a new lease, go month to month, or vacate. One of the best parts (for you) is that the security deposit stays with the unit. So my security deposit becomes yours and you will not be asked to put down a new security deposit. The only costs for you to move in will be your regular rent payment for August.
Please note that the rent of $1642 is a promo rate which includes heat, water, sewer, garbage, basic internet, and two parking spots. Without the promo, the unit was listed at $1800/month without the parking. I can't speculate what the rent will be upon renewal.
To be clear: For the months of August through November, you will continue to pay the promotional rent of $1642 for the unit with two garage parking spots. If you have a pet, pet rent is another $50 per month. As of December, you can decide with Epic Management whether to renew or go month-to-month at a rate TBD. As this is not a sublease, you will need to be apply and be approved by Epic Management as the replacement tenant. Happy to answer any questions!
