Possibility of additional rental of larger three bed/ three bath house located on same three acre property. Renter will pay for all utilities. No smoking permitted inside property. Owner might consider a small dog acceptable. Tenant will be responsible for routine maintenance including lawn cutting and keeping gutters clear of leaf debris. Owner happy to arrange for these services if tenant unwilling to carry out routine chores. Owner will consider a longer or shorter lease. If occupied by two tenants rent will be $900 per month. Payment of first and last months' rent plus security required prior to occupancy. Owner would consider furnishing the home if tenant required.
