This beautiful one bedroom apartment is located on Forsythe Avenue in Monroe, directly across from Forsythe Park. It has hard wood floors throughout and is spacious and roomy. The tenants in this 4-plex have use of a shared washer and dryer. Public transportation is available. There are many local restaurants and boutiques in the area. The Garden District is a grand place to live! There is ample parking for everyone and cats are welcome, however no dogs, please. We allow smoking only outside the apartment complex. Our application procedure requires proof of income and we run a credit check to ascertain prompt payment of all bills. Our leases are 6-month leases, after which you will be on a month-to-month lease unless you'd like to sign a new 6-month lease. The application fee is $25, and if your application is approved, a deposit of $300 is required. These apartments have central ac/heat units and we ask that you install a new filter each month, especially during this hot weather. We ask that tenants report any repair issues noted and let us know of any inappropriate or disruptive behavior. We like an enjoyable atmosphere in our apartment complexes!
