The nicer upgrades are now out of the reach of many, as well as the time to get the materials and schedule labor, if you can find them. UPDATE: We have since, refinished the hardwood floors in the Kitchen / Entrance / Breakfast Room. We have also refinished ALL of the cabinets in the Master Bath / Kitchen / and Laundry Room...we have re calked and resealed the granite counters in the kitchen and the counter-top in the laundry room, as well as polished the granite to a very high gloss. This home is now better than new with all the upgrades and care of this home. Our next project on the upgrades, as the temperatures improve, is to begin resurfacing the front porch and the back patio, seal the cement, and coat it with a slate grey epoxy that will greatly enhance the home. Fertilizer has been put down and the yard is still lush and green. I am not sure you will find one as well taken care of and upgraded as this one, come by and see it, you just may be impressed. NOTE: Have completed the process of resurfacing and sealing the asphalt driveway in front of the house, leading to a 3-car attached garage.
