All the comforts of home: Spectrum broadband Internet, Satellite TV, BBQ, full kitchen w/dishwasher, a delightful old Piano, a deck to die for, tons of cozy spots in and around the house PERFECT for contemplation....and oh, yeah...an Indoor Swimming Pool. This is an Endless Pool (google it so as not to confuse with an Infinity Pool), a serious tool for swim training and fitness swimming. A committed trainee will be enchanted. Think a treadmill for swimming, where one swims "in place" against an adjustable current. But the pool also works as a dunk spot after a workout or to cool off anytime. There is also a recumbent bike and other fitness equipment. (Inversion table, some kettlebells, etc.) Less than 5 minutes drive to Roscoe, NY is a charming little town in Sullivan County. Breweries, restaurants, concerts near and far. The PA Border is a 15 minute drive. Bethel Woods, parked on the site of the notorious Woodstock Festival, via back roads, is only 20 minutes away. This rent is higher because it is only offered as a "turn-key" rental, with the following amenities included: -Extensive lawns will be mowed and trimmed weekly. -All gardens, including cutting flowers on the Deck, will be installed and maintained by the property's long time Gardener, who will also serve as Property Manager to handle whatever may arise -All utilities (Internet, TV, power) are included. -Weekly maintenance of pool is included. -Weekly housecleaning, not including laundry, also included. Payment must be in advance. One month minimum. Would prefer to find one tenant, from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
