Tenant will pay the cost of cleaning clogged drains pipes and plumbing which are clogged due to tenant's use. 7. Landlord will provide service of cleaning of chimney and maintenance of septic system. 8. Landlord will provide yearly cleaning of furnace and all maintenance thereof. 9. Oil company is Baribault and account is in landlord's name, unless otherwise notified in writing. Tenant will pay Baribault directly for oil and get delivery as needed. 10. No one will be allowed to park on the grass of the property. 11. Tenant will be sure to enforce that No one will be allowed to drive a vehicle of any kind on the property, particularly over oil tank or leaching fields. 12.
