3. Wall paper is not allowed, nor is anything else which uses adhesive.
4. Area rugs are allowed throughout the house, but nothing with adhesive may be applied to any floors.
5. Tenant will take care to use only Scott tissue/single-ply tissue in toilet.
6. Tenant will keep the dwelling and all fixtures and appliances in a clean and safe condition and will take care not to clog drains, pipes and plumbing. Tenant will pay the cost of cleaning clogged drains pipes and plumbing which are clogged due to tenant's use.
7. Landlord will provide service of cleaning of chimney and maintenance of septic system.
8. Landlord will provide yearly cleaning of furnace and all maintenance thereof.
9. Oil company is Baribault and account is in landlord's name, unless otherwise notified in writing. Tenant will pay Baribault directly for oil and get delivery as needed.
10. No one will be allowed to park on the grass of the property.
11. Tenant will be sure to enforce that No one will be allowed to drive a vehicle of any kind on the property, particularly over oil tank or leaching fields.
12. Initial to verify that tenant was shown where Underground oil tank is buried on north side of house. ____________ ________________.
13. Initial that tenant was shown where the leaching fields are on west side of house. _____________ ________________.
14. When tenant moves out, full house must be broom-swept, refrigerator cleaned and clear, and house and yard must be clear of ALL possessions brought in by tenant.
15. Tenants are to give at very least 60 days notice as to when they plan to move out. They will be responsible for full month's rent if they move out prior to month's end.
