The suite includes 2 closets and plenty of bathroom storage as well! The rental also includes half of the 2-car garage. The suite is currently furnished but can be rented unfurnished if preferred. Prefer a female housemate, or a married couple who wants to save $ by sharing common areas. The house is situated in a quiet part of Nobleboro on 3 acres of wood with a creek, fire pit, a private loop trail around the property that connects to trails for walking, jogging, mountain biking snowshoeing or cross-country skiing. Damariscotta Lake is less than a mile away for fishing, swimming and winter adventures. It is a 5 min drive to Damariscotta with plenty of restaurants, shops and services. There is room to garden and a shed to store garden tools in. No smoking permitted on the property! Lease is available for 6 months with an option to extend. I'm very open to more critters, but first we need to make sure they get along with the ones living here already. As far as utilities, there is a wood stove and wood costs about $800 for the season, but will be covered for the first winter with costs shared next winter if tenant stays long-term. Fuel oil costs would be split and run about total $500 for the winter and half of that during the rest of the year for hot water. Electricity would also be split and runs between $75/month in winter and $200 in summer if the AC is being run frequently.
