Coin-operated laundry is located in the building's lower level. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $15 per night. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair available upon request for $10 per night. There are several restaurants, centers, coffee shops, and more all around the condo. You are located a 1-minute walk from Cleveland Circle and 15 minutes from Washington Square, with several shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. You are within a 35 minute walk to all three Green Line trains (B, C, D lines). You can take the Green Line trains directly to Copley Square, Downtown Boston, Boston Common, Park Street, Fenway, Kenmore, as well as the Longwood Medical Area hospitals. The elevator is small. This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, it will include information about the property. 3 days prior to arrival arrival instructions will be sent which contains a navigational application that guides directly to the property.
