Rental in the Historical District of Yakima! All rooms have a window and we provide a microwave and a fridge. There are shared bathrooms on both floors. 4 bathrooms on each floor. Water, sewage, electric, and garbage are included with the rent. Locked entry for building . We provide a key for the building entrance. We have 24/7 monitoring. Security and Janitorial will be on site everyday. Our office is located on the first floor if you need any assistance ! We require each room to pay a $250.00 security deposit, first month's rent ($550.00) and the application fee ($30.00). A total of $830.00 to move in. Any extra adults per room is an additional $150.00 per adult. No smoking allowed anywhere inside the building. Quiet time is by 10 pm. We fine all tenants that leave front door open, $50.00 the first time and it doubles after the first fine. We expect all tenants to be mindful and respectful.
