I occupy the master and wish to rent one of the two rooms I only want to rent one room I am 55yo male non smoker non drug user and wish the same from renter. renter can be male or female must have stable income and refrences and clean background. All utilities are included in the monthly rent of $800 no smoking on the property inside or outside dogs may be considered depending on size weight house trained. absolutely NO cats due to litter boxes. This is a month to month lease .
