Owner pays for water and utilities. HOA covers snow removal. One assigned parking spot and one visitor parking space (on a first come first serve basis). Two parking spots maximum at any one time. Tenant is responsible for taking the trash down to the trash shed at the bottom of the driveway. Excess trash or large trash (i.e. furniture) is not allowed to be disposed in the HOA trash shed. Firewood is not allowed to be left on outdoor porches. Skis and ski equipment is not allowed indoors and must be stored in the outdoor ski locker.
