We are looking for a small family, professional couple, grad students or responsible undergrad students. Cats & Dogs are OK with additional rent & deposit. Both need to be well behaved and have 2 good references from past landlords.

The house has a 2 car garage and is located on a quiet street/ally. It provides great storage and comes with a workbench and built-in shelving. As I mentioned, the neighborhood is full of kids and is very conveniently located within walking distance to Willamette Park. It may not have the biggest yard but you get the best of both worlds having the dog park so close and off-leash areas are all over.
Included in the rent is a pool that's open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and a gym that's open late everyday (pending Covid restrictions). These are less than 10 minute walk from our home. This is also a great way to relax in the summer.
In addition to some great Southtown hangouts, Block15's tap room is a 5 minute bike ride away and a great spot to hang out in the summer.
