We are renting out our beautiful home in Corvallis and are looking for the perfect tenants! It's an amazing neighborhood, great for families (as there are a lot of kids in the neighborhood) & is close to both nature and town (and a brewery & distillery). We moved to Portland for work and our current tenants are moving out at the end of November. We are looking for a small family, professional couple, grad students or responsible undergrad students. Cats & Dogs are OK with additional rent & deposit. Both need to be well behaved and have 2 good references from past landlords. The house has 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom and has an office on the main level. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom and 1 master with an ensuite bathroom. Brand new stainless steel refrigerator, newer appliances, high efficient washer & dryer upstairs, The front yard is taken care of by the HOA. The backyard is tastefully landscaped and is large enough for those wanting to entertain/grill in the summers but small enough to have minimal maintenance. Everything is on a drip system so it's very easy to maintain and the space is very calming to relax in during summer months. The house has a 2 car garage and is located on a quiet street/ally. It provides great storage and comes with a workbench and built-in shelving. As I mentioned, the neighborhood is full of kids and is very conveniently located within walking distance to Willamette Park. It may not have the biggest yard but you get the best of both worlds having the dog park so close and off-leash areas are all over. Included in the rent is a pool that's open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and a gym that's open late everyday (pending Covid restrictions). These are less than 10 minute walk from our home. This is also a great way to relax in the summer. In addition to some great Southtown hangouts, Block15's tap room is a 5 minute bike ride away and a great spot to hang out in the summer.
