All appliances are included and washer and dryer hookups are in the unit. 12 month lease required, plus $1,300.00 deposit. Application required, fee is $30 per adult. Tenant is responsible for utilities. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Addt'l deposit and rent is required upon approval. We do not accept Section 8.
