The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and small vanity. The kitchen has all new appliances, dishes, glassware, and cookware. Gull Cottage is in a great location! It is walking distance to the Carlsbad Beach Park, Lake Carlsbad, the Carlsbad Municipal Golf Course, the River-Walk Recreation Center, Albertson's and more. Gull Cottage comes with everything you need to move in and enjoy the home. Cleaning equipment and products (vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop, broom) are provided to start you out. There is no cleaning service; the tenant is responsible for keeping the home clean and changing the furnace filter (filters will be provided). Lawn service will be provided at no extra charge, but the tenant is responsible for keeping the yard free of debris, toys, etc. Water, trash and sewer are paid by the landlord. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities (electricity, internet/TV provider, etc.). There is no smoking, and pets are not allowed. A rental contract to be signed by the tenant and the landlord will document all details and a background check costing $40 (nonrefundable) will be performed prior to lease.
