This home features an open concept floor plan and a half bath on the first floor. The kitchen appliance package includes: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and built in microwave. The main bedroom is located on the second floor with en suite and walk in closet. Additional features include a 2 car garage, large yard and washer and dryer. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. If rent is late, a late fee of $100 will be charged. Renter is responsible for all utilities as well as lawn maintenance. (Currently we have landscapers that come every 2 weeks for $40 a pop.) Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: Security Deposits are typically equal to 1 month's rental amount. At times an additional deposit may be required due to perceived risks due to credit, income, rental history, etc., the Landlord reserves the right to require a higher security deposit. Please understand that if tenants do not move into the property for any reason, this security deposit will be forfeited to the owner of the property in exchange for taking the property off of the rental market, regardless of how long this period is. No pets and no smoking/vaping. Must be 18yrs or older in order to apply, gross income must be 3X rent, 1 yr of employment. Proof of income required.
