The first thing that struck me about this condo is how quiet it is. I have been in few places where there has been such total sound separation from the world outside. It calmed me immediately. The second is that I am overlooking a driving range and golf course out every window and from the screen porch. The screen porch is part of the building so I can critique golf swings and not have anyone notice me. The third thing is that everything is like new. The condo is a year old.
