Update: 3/16/2017 Attic has been floored adding a lot more space for storage. Double gates and single occupant gate have been added to privacy fence. Double gate is wide enough to drive a vehicle through. Foundation has been releveled to be more sturdy. Vent has been added to the roof to improve airflow. I was renting the house and am in process of repainting and fixing a few other things. I have added a stove and refrigerator that will come with the home.
