More work is being done as we speak. A new 15 year shingle roof has been installed in 2018 As well. We have put a lot of money into the property which was in bad shape when obtained. It’s capable to become bigger and better with some more love put into it considering the wonderful neighborhood and rising home prices around this area. One of the most affordable homes and right across from the Montessori school. Would be great for parents with kids enrolled. This is a great house and always fun to expand it and make it better.
