Our three bedroom home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood of Catonsville, with great schools (Hillcrest Elementary, Catonsville Middle, Catonsville High) and great neighbors. We will be overseas for a year, and are looking to rent the house for that time period. We are willing to rent the house furnished (including the baby grand piano) or unfurnished. The house has a large deck and a treehouse, as well as a side porch with a hammock. There are three bedrooms; one is large, one medium-sized, and one small with bunk beds. There is also a cozy reading room that we just finished renovating, and the kitchen is recently renovated. French doors from the dining room lead out onto the deck, bringing lots of light into the house. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the public library and downtown Catonsville with restaurants and shops, and a 10-minute walk through the woods the other way to grocery stores and other shops on Rt. 40. Tennis courts and a playground are a 5-minute walk away. Wired for Verizon Fios. I-695 is about a mile away (Edmondson Ave. exit) and I-195 is also close.
