Stove and refrigerator are in the kitchen as are washer/dryer HOOKUPS for standard size or stackable washer/dryer unit. Home has central heat and air and ceiling fans in all rooms. Private drive, fenced back yard. We have a NON-NEGOTIABLE no pets policy. Lease term is one year and renews for one year at the end of first term. There is no option for a month-to-month lease at any time. There is currently a tenant in the unit who has requested to terminate the lease early. Tenant has indicated a willingness to work with us if a qualified tenant needed to move in before November 1st.
