Only house on dead end road In country. Must furnish own appliances. Heating is by a wood burning stove only in an enclosed back room. (There is no other furnace in the home.) You would have to clean your own snow, cut the grass, and get your own firewood. All outbuildings are rented out to my nephew who works the land. I require $750 security deposit, $750 first, and $750 last month's rent due upon signing a lease. (That's $2,250 total) This is non negotiable. 1 Year
