This is a very antique house. I did a big part of remodel in 2004 ... replaced entire plumbing. Took out a few rooms of plaster and lath put up new sheetrock. Added a dishwasher. Single piece bathtub and shower. Enlarged bathroom by removing a closet. Ceiling fans in every room including the bathroom. abstract started In 1909 the house has originall hardwood floors. Kitchen bathroom floors are painted. The original wood trim through out the home. 10 in baseboards old solid wood doors with original door knobs. There is an exposed brick chimney in the kitchen from old was of cooking and heating. There is a small add on on the front we used as storage. There is a small addition in the back of the kitchen that worked as a great laundry room and access to a dog run with doggy door. There is a 100 square foot covered front porch, and a 10x13 deck on back with a 10x20 storage shed.
