Very well-kept neighborhood, first homes built in late 2003, most homes built in 2004-2005, large lots, nice neighbors, everyone wants to keep it looking great. This home is not the largest, but far from the smallest. Definitely the nicest pool area in the neighborhood (unless someone new has moved in and done something behind a fence that I don't know about, and I should, as I'm on the board of the HOA.)
