Resident is responsible for paying water, electricity, and any subscriptions or internet bills they may have. This is because water usage and electricity usage is directly dependent on the renter, having to pay the costs yourself leads to more responsibility with usage. No smoking inside the home. Noise levels down to a minimum, you have downstairs neighbors, please coordinate with them to make sure it's okay to have a party or other events. No vandalism, damage to the property, or otherwise.
