A chain of title for the property began in 1766 when the land was passed from Thomas Chandler to W. Smith. Over a couple of centuries the land was cleared and farmed, often passed down from family member to family member. In 2013, the current owners purchased the 57 acre farm and built a contemporary, energy-efficient, three bedroom house with long range views.
