Come visit our beautiful 1-bedroom apartment set on a 26-acre farm outside the town of North Plains, OR. The apartment is 400 sq ft with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, and living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room. Tenants are welcome to walk around the 26-acre property, visit the garden, see the cows, or just take a peaceful stroll in the woods. There is a huge outdoor patio with seating for 6, a ping pong table, and a fire pit. Our property is about 8 minutes north of the town of North Plains. We are about 15 minutes from Hornings Hideout, a popular frisbee golf course and wedding venue. We are also 15 minutes from Pumpkin Ridge Golf Course. We are only 25 minutes from the Oregon Zoo and 30 minutes from downtown Portland. Small and medium sized dogs are allowed or 1 cat. We do charge a $500 refundable pet security deposit in addition to the normal $500 security deposit. There is also an $200 cleaning fee since this is a furnished apartment. All utilities included, including internet.
