If you want to come look at the house, don't bring any kin people unless they are just here with you. lol, but seriously the beams under this house are 12x12, I did get an offer from her of 75K-100K, I had it marked down to $275,000.00 but everyone told me it should be above $369,000.00 so it is now $375,000.00 and I will have the whole underneath cleaned out and everything to code. Now before, here on this ad I said $275,000.00, common sense will tell you straight up off the get-go that it needs some work and if I have it done it is $375,000.00 which is about $75,000.00 more than it will cost to have it all done and treated for termites that's $75,000.00 I have found that honesty doesn't always pay off. Another I learned really quickly that day that kindness doesn't mix with business, IT CAN BE BOUGHT FOR $275,000.00, BUT SHE IS 135 years old and solid as a rock everywhere the first Pest control company said after those areas repaired.
