Now before, here on this ad I said $275,000.00, common sense will tell you straight up off the get-go that it needs some work and if I have it done it is $375,000.00 which is about $75,000.00 more than it will cost to have it all done and treated for termites that's $75,000.00 I have found that honesty doesn't always pay off.
