Take a bag with u to clean it up. i should not have to hire someone to clean up the dogs mess. : 2 buildings will be designated for smoking and 2 for non smoker so if its required let the agent or owner know before paying and moving in to deter any issues on having to relocate. :1year lease unless we have an understanding of why you require month to month. :if something breaks or stops up please call us to prevent further issues that costs more $ in the future. i will be upset if its not fixed right away. :we take pride in our home and surroundings of people and the level of respect we have for one another.
