The Bailey Bungalow is a furnished two Bedroom one bath luxury craftsman bungalow. Having personally stayed at many rentals in the past, we have tried to think of everything you might need to make your stay complete. If you love to cook, the kitchen is a cooks delight complete with butlers Pantry. The unit is complete with its own laundry and generous outdoor space. This is affordable luxury living at its' best and is located across the street from Parkview medical center and one house away from the mineral palace park, a pet's favorite. All utilities are included. Minimum of 3 month lease. If you have a pet there is a refundable deposit of 250. There is a cleaning fee of 100. Utilities include internet with WIFI, Water, Electric, Gas, and Trash collection. Quiet hours are 1030pm to 7pm There are 10 parking spaces along the driveway. Smoking is not allowed in the unit but there is a front porch and patio.
