I'm looking for someone who would want to do the work themselves, and add a few thousand in material and end up with a house worth much more than they have in it. The carport is large and could be walled in to be a garage. Hardwood is throughout in the upstairs with the exception of one bedroom in the back. The basement used to be finished, but basically needs to be completely redone. The con's are the home needs to be completely re-plumbed, the bathrooms and kitchen need remodeling, the hardwood needs refinishing. The upstairs needs central air conditioning added, but the duct is already there from the furnace. Wood exterior could use something else like siding, etc. I'm pretty firm on the price as I'm already low. There's not many deals with $ to be made out there like there was 5 years ago.
