Deal available for couples and 2 or 3 roommates moving together. Deals range from $1,250 to $1,400 per room. This is a newly developed and enclosed community. House has 3 levels, includes 3 balconies and a terrace (balcony off Master has view of Downtown Sacramento). 75 inch smart Tv in living room with HBO Max. 1Gig AT&T fiber Internet. Upgraded Stainless Steel appliances, including Kitchen Aid oven and touchless stove top. 2 car garage and in house washer and dryer. Roommates will have access to Junior Olympic swimming pool, 24 hours fitness center, cross fit workout area, play park, half basketball court and community club house. Interstate 80 and Interstate 5 are just outside community entrance. House is10 minutes from Downtown Sacramento, 15 minutes from Midtown. All applicants will undergo extensive back ground and credit check. All documents provided will be reviewed by verification software. House rules limit to 2 overnight guests at a time for a limit of 2 days unless otherwise discussed AND agreed upon. Smoking is not allowed in bedrooms, bathrooms or common areas. Roommates may smoke on rear balcony, Master bedroom balcony or off premises. Roommates occupying first floor suite and master bedroom may park in Garage. Garage may be used for light storage - discuss with owner. Utilities will be split among roommates i.e. Internet, water, electric, cleaning (cleaning service bi monthly) Roommates are expected to cleanup after themselves in common areas. Roommates are expected to keep their rooms pest and bug free, exterminators will visit bi monthly. Lease term is 6 months with option to renew.
