What the owner loves about this home
I love the trees and seeing deer right outside the window. Having chickens free range is also great. Nice neighbors. Low utility cost and very low property taxes ˜ $400 for all 50 acres. No fee for deer tags. The amount of storage is hard to find. Can pretty much build what you want where you want without needing permits etc (per former owner and neighbors). Great TV reception with OTA antenna. T-Mobile high speed internet.
