The property is great for putting up tents around the fire pit and singing songs all night. Being on the Eastside of Moses Lake you get the sun in the afternoon and evening. You can bring your boat, canoe, jet skis or sailboat, there is a 75ft dock and boat ramp/launch on the property. The house has a large master bedroom with a hot tub for 2 and a Split King Adjustable Bed Base Frame Platinum (Individual Head Tilt & Lumbar king bed). A guest bedroom has a California king bed. There is a huge kitchen upstairs with a great view and dining room that sits 8 at the dining table and another 8 can sit around the island in the kitchen There is a full kitchen, full bar, pool table and dart board in the rec room with an 84" TV. There are 2 large fireplaces 1 upstairs in the Living room and the other downstairs in the recreation room. We have a workout room with a punching bag, Power Tower Dip Station and Treadmill for Home Jogging/Walking with Incline. There are 2 more bedrooms downstairs each bedroom has 2 full size double bunk beds and in the Rec room a couch that makes into a bed and several rollaway folding Beds, washer dryer, WI-FI. We also offer a travel guide in a Bronco K5 through the Dunes to some grate fishing spots; these would have to be by appointment only on all excursions. Besides the K5 we have 2 boats but because of insurance you have to have a guide. On a windy day you can fly a kite or go sailing. There is Croquet, Volleyball, Racket ball and catch. The bedrooms: Master king bed, Guest bedroom California king, 2 bedrooms with 4 full size bunkbeds, in each room. 2-folding beds stored in the closet if needed. 4-bedroom house sleeps 20 people plus couch that makes into bed plus you can put up tents outside. Bring slippers or sandals, no outside shoes allowed in house. Within 5 miles, there is a movie theater, outside Aqua Park with pool, slides and wave board. Bring your Golf clubs several great Golf courses. If you have a dune buggy/ATV's the dunes are just 5 miles away. There are sandy beaches for swimming at the South end of Moses Lake down by the Dunes. Over a million people come to Moses Lake to fish every year. There are cute little shops and several grocery stores plus many types of restaurants.
