You would have your own basement apartment with large Living room, bedroom and private bathroom on the main floor, however the kitchen is shared. Located 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake and 4 minutes from Mueller Park Trail head if you like hiking. NO ANIMALS. First and last months rent plus a $100 deposit is required.
