HOA includes snow removal and upkeep of beautiful landscape. You get three months (October - New Year's) for the price of the Christmas/ New Year's rental through agencies. Leave date new Year's week negotiable This unit is not available mid January through end of March. Note: There is a 90 day minimum rental in my HOA, so no shorter rentals. Home is priced under the assumption that the usage is for the holiday season, and renter probably not using full three months.
