Rent is due every 1st of each month with a 2-day grace period. Direct deposit must be set up within the 2nd month of occupancy. There is NO SMOKING in the home. No motor vehicles are allowed in the back or side of the house, ask the landlord for clarification. Small pets (up to 20 pounds) permitted
