Parkheaven Estates has many amenities 2 pools & Hot tubs, Billiards, shuffle boards, pickle ball courts, Library, large dog park etc.. nice clubhouse too. This is a 1/1 park model with Arizona room, washer & dryer, filtered drinking water, nice little home with a completely restored bathroom with walk in shower, high rise toilet and new vanity. I'm looking for a long term renter. Min. 1 year lease or we can negotiate more or less. Potential renters must going the Parkheaven office at property and leave their name, and other details to get access to the property portal to have a background check done before they can move into the park. There will be a fee for this $45-50. Maximum 2 adults in this house. Renter must maintain the outside space of property keeping free from any weeds or trash and keep the plants trimmed down and watered. Renter must have a background check done before renting. The park will assist with that. Renter must be 40+ and have reliable income. I suggest getting renters insurance but not a requirement.
