Mostly remodeled in 2010, including but not limited to kitchen, a/c, gas heat, and flooring. I was recently contacted by two agents in the last 24 hours regarding my "Make Me Move" listing. I am not actively trying to sell my home. It's called Make me move because if the price was right, I would move. If there were a cash buyer to desperately wanted to move into the neighborhood and was willing to pay my above-market price then that would "Make Me Move". I'm aware that my home would appraise for less than my asking price but if a buyer had cash, then that wouldn't matter :-)
