Screening check is $50 per person and everyone over the age of 18 will need to have this completed. If applicant is approved, a Holding Fee (same amount as Security/Damage Deposit) will be requested in the form of secure funds and any paperwork the screening company requests to verify income; these items will need to be brought in within 48 hours of approval. At the time of lease signing, the Holding Fee will transfer to applicant's Security Deposit. We do not accept reusable applications
