Two private bedrooms with a private full bathroom (shower and tub), private living room, and a private entrance on it's own downstairs level only sharing a kitchen with me who lives upstairs and the kitchen is at the top of the stairs. Garage parking available as well as many private spaces and u limited street parking as well. Central AC and Heat, all modern features from 2019, laundry room is also downstairs and will be shared but rarely since I don't do laundry more than once a month. High ceilings and nice carpets, 100" projector screen for movies and TV if wanted. Thank you! Willing to be flexible on lease terms if needed, but looking for at least 6 months, will consider month to month for a certain price. No smoking cigarettes on the property as I am really sensitive to the smell. Just keep common areas that are shared clean and de-cluttered, dishes in the dishwasher and cleaned and normal quiet hours except when discussed! All utilities included in the total rent price!
