Located right next to a walking trail, on a quiet street. Located close to bus routes, it's about a 15 minute commute by bus to downtown. Neighbors are great! We decided to buy a home, and need to get out of our contract early, so we are looking for someone who wants to live in our particular unit. We are willing to pay the $600 rental deposit fee and possibly the part of the rent for the first month if the move in date is soon.
