Owner pays for water. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Tenants get parking permit from the city for street parking. Close to restaurants and University. Sorry. I did not take good photos after renovation. But I have a video that I could share. I rented the place for my son. But he never moved in. So I am trying to find a new tenant.
