Location: This studio is located in point Loma heights, and is only a few blocks from the highly desired Ocean Beach (OB). Just a few blocks in the opposite direction is Sports Arena area, which offers tons of food and shopping options. The area is also very bike-able and walkable! The inside: This 460 square foot studio is on the second floor, and offers a nice breeze with two floor to ceiling windows. All the walls are freshly painted white throughout. The kitchen, bathroom, and hallway cabinets were all freshly painted white as well and include brand new hinges, fixtures, and knobs. The bathroom countertop and sink are also brand new. The main living room area features carpet, with laminate flooring throughout the entry way, bathroom, and kitchen area. The studio comes with a built-in Murphy bed (see pictures). It comes with a built-in low profile box spring (you bring your own mattress). The bed can easily be folded up and encased in the cabinets with a simple push, creating extra space. There are built in drawers on the side as well. The bathroom hallway features a large closet with sliding doors and lots of cabinet space across from it. There is a box/wall AC that blows cool air, although you won't need to use it much as the marine layer keeps the condo cool throughout the year. The outside + extras: The unit comes with one parking spot very close to the entrance of the unit (and can be seen from the living room window). Parking is gated and requires an access code for entry. The inside grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. It features beach volleyball courts, bbq's, pool, jacuzzi, gym, game room and laundry room on site. Water, sewage and garbage are all included. Strict no pet policy. No smoking in unit.
